Her career spans nearly 20 years, during which she has been a pioneering voice in the coaching industry.

Driven by her desire to empower the next generation to recognize their worth and power, Renae's coaching journey began with teen girls through starting Beautiful Inside Academy. As she expanded her reach, it became evident that the need for deeper work extended beyond teenage girls. While running the academy, countless requests from adults highlighted the intergenerational patterns and identity work she now also addresses.
