I Guide Women and Teen Girls Back Home to Themselves.

Hi,

For years, I believed my work was about helping people heal. Today, I understand it has always been about helping people remember who they are. Because every relationship, every decision, every opportunity, and every legacy grows from there.

My journey began in the clinical world as a Registered Nurse, trained to listen to the physical heart. Over time, I realized the most life-changing work wasn't just listening to the heartbeat; it was teaching others how to listen to the wisdom of their own.

For more than twenty years, I had the privilege of walking alongside people through some of life's most sacred moments. I witnessed first breaths and final breaths. I sat beside grief, hope, courage, regret, and love. Those years shaped not only how I understood healing, but how I understood what it means to truly live.

They also revealed something medicine alone could never fully explain.

Not to who they were conditioned to be,
but to the powerful, sovereign leaders they were born to become.

Healing is never just physical.
The body carries stories.
The nervous system carries experiences.
Families carry patterns.
And every woman carries a relationship with herself that quietly shapes every area of her life.

Different ages.
Different stories.
The same quiet erosion of self-trust.

That realization led me into the study of Spiritual Psychology, where I became a Master Spiritual Psychology Coach and Practitioner. I wanted to understand not only how we heal, but why we lose ourselves in the first place.

For nearly two decades, I worked with teen girls, helping them develop self-trust, emotional intelligence, and the confidence to lead from within before the world told them who they should become. Over time, I realized the same invisible patterns were showing up in the women sitting across from me.

Today, I guide both women and teen girls because they're asking the same question at different stages of life: how do I remember who I truly am?

Everything I teach is grounded in lived experience, scientific understanding, spiritual principle, and decades of walking alongside people through transformation. My work lives at the intersection of science and soul, where identity is reclaimed, inner authority is restored, and healing becomes an act of remembering.

Because when one woman remembers who she is, generations change.

My story started when I struggled with my own self-abandonment...

I know all too well what it’s like to play by the rules, to strive for perfection, and to hope that being the “good girl” would bring love, approval, and a sense of belonging.

Self-abandonment was my extreme sport.
From a young age, I adapted to the expectations of my parents, my community, and the church—mastering the art of looking and sounding the part. I had a deep knowing of what I had to do to get my needs met. And I did it with precision.

I lived behind a carefully curated identity that felt safe, even sacred—one shaped by anxious attachment, codependency, and inherited narratives that whispered, “do as you’re told, and everything will be fine.”
But that whisper eventually became an unspoken wail I could no longer ignore.

I followed the ultimate Codependency Blueprint—until one day, it broke me open.

I married young, became a mother, and later found myself raising two incredible daughters on my own. For 17 years, I walked the path of single motherhood—building a business, pursuing my nursing career, and doing everything I could to hold it all together.

And I did. On the outside, I was strong, successful, and capable.
But inside, I was still striving. Still performing. Still disconnected from my own truth.

Eventually, I remarried. I thought this time, with everything I had learned, things would be different. And for a while, it looked like they might be. Raising my daughters was one of the most meaningful and beautiful seasons of my life. I had done a lot of healing—deep, powerful, transformative work. And I truly believed I had almost arrived. But healing is not linear. It comes in layers. And being in a relationship again revealed just how deeply the old programming was still running beneath the surface.

Until the day I stood in my home—surrounded by silence and empty space, as my second husband’s belongings were gone.
That moment was illuminating—full of awareness that once again, I had abandoned myself.
To the rescuer.
To the good girl.
To the old subconscious patterns that kept me small, silent, and striving.

There are no free passes. No magic pills.
Healing required grit and grace. The only way was through.

That pain became the doorway. The unraveling became my rebirth.
And beneath all the layers of who I thought I had to be—I found her.
The version of me who had always been there… waiting.

Now, I live rooted in truth.
I’ve raised two powerful daughters who are thriving in their own right.
And I’ve devoted my life to walking with others who are ready to come home to themselves.

I believe true transformation begins with self-honesty and the courage to rewrite the stories you've been living from

Not because you need to become someone new, but because so much of who you are has been buried beneath expectations, conditioning, and survival. My work is about healing at the root, rewiring the beliefs that no longer serve you, and reclaiming the power you were conditioned to give away. Because I believe the relationship you have with yourself becomes the foundation for every relationship, every decision, and every legacy you leave behind. I'm not here to help you improve the mask. I'm here to help you remove it.

I’m not here for the surface-level, the performative, or the pretend.

You won't find surface-level healing, quick fixes, or another version of yourself to strive for. I'm not here to help you fit into boxes you were never meant to belong in—or improve the mask you've learned to wear. I'm here to help you remove it. This work is about healing at the root, telling the truth, and creating the kind of transformation no circumstance and no person can take away from you. It asks for honesty. It asks for courage. It asks you to become fully aligned with who you truly are. If you're ready... Welcome.

I carry the subtle fusion of elegance, power, and presence—and I know how to hold a sacred container.

I bring together science, psychology, intuition, and spiritual wisdom. My years as a Registered Nurse taught me how to listen deeply. Spiritual Psychology taught me how beliefs become identities. Life taught me that lasting transformation begins beneath the surface. I listen for what isn't said, notice the patterns others often miss, and create the space for you to see yourself more clearly. I lead from lived experience, spiritual principle, and decades of training in healing and human transformation. My goal isn't for you to depend on my voice. It's to help you trust your own.

This is for the woman who is tired of looking like she has it all together—but knows something deeper is calling her.

You've done the work. Read the books. Listened to the podcasts. Maybe even sat in therapy. Yet something still feels out of alignment. You're no longer looking for another strategy. You're looking for a different way of living. You're ready to stop shrinking, stop performing, and stop carrying stories that were never yours to carry. You want to live from self-trust instead of self-protection. Because you know that when the relationship you have with yourself changes, everything else begins to change too.
